How can they help me? What’s involved or how does it work when we work together? Can I just do one session together and fly at it solo after that?
In my short video I dive in and explain how I go about working with clients. I will explain my method and why I don’t usually offer single sessions. I think it’s essential to dig deep, get the full health picture and work together in a committed partnership for a few months.
If you want to make lasting habit changes its super important that we make small gradual tweaks and up-level your health gradually. You may have been feeling crappy for a long time, so you cannot expect to feel amazing overnight. Healing and health transformation can take time and it’s different for everybody.
