There's a time and a place to ride a rollercoaster and usually they are fun and exciting, but they just don't belong when it comes to your blood sugar. 
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
If your blood sugar is too high or too low, it can feel like a blood sugar rollercoaster ride. With large fluctuations in your blood sugar levels you can  experience the dreaded energy crashes, the "hangry", the faint or weakness, mood changes and you definitely wont be operating with wild energy or all cylinders firing.
