When it comes to having good solid energy we’ve got to look at many different factors.
Fatigue and burnout are multi factorial.
Things to consider:
- How is your diet?
- How are your stress levels and environmental stressors?
- How is your nutrient absorption?,
- What is your blood sugar balance looking like?
- and how are your hormones doing?
These are some of the questions that I often dig into with my clients. We can’t approach fatigue with a magic bullet solution, we’ve got to dig in, and see what areas in your life need support.
From there, we can create amazing changes and solid energy.
One health pillar that is often taken for granted is SLEEP. “I’ll sleep when I’m dead!” I’ve heard so many people say. Yes.. yes you will, but you will also statistically live a shorter life and have higher chances of degenerative diseases if you don’t sleep adequately so let’s sort that out right now! 🙂
