Get the support of working with an experienced nutritionist who can help guide you along your health journey and who can provide nutrition and wellness support.
The Nutrition LITE Program includes
A total of 3 sessions where we will do a starter health assessment session to create an action plan for you based on your goals. We will then meet for 2 follow up sessions and you will receive a personalised meal and recipe plan along with wellness action plan.
One LITE health assessment session
Two follow up sessions.
Personalized 7-day meal plan + recipes.
The Nutrition Lite Program
- Sessions are available in person at locally at DEWS office or via Skype or Facetime.
