The Wild Energy Program (DEEP DIVE)
This program is for the outdoorsy lady who’d like to dive deep and work together closely to create long lasting change.
THE WILD ENERGY - DEEP DIVE
- A 3 month deep dive coaching program with plenty of one on one support!
- Six 1 on 1 sessions with Functional Nutritionist, Jill Kay (via zoom 100% online)
- Full health assessment and personalized protocol + follow up recommendations

- Monthly group coaching calls

1 on 1 Sessions
We will meet for 1 hour and we will complete your health assessment together along with reviewing your food journal. This will help me understand more about YOU, what you’re struggling with and how I can create a customized plan around your needs.
From there I will create your personalized plan for you and we’ll meet up again and go through it all so that you can start taking action pronto!
Follow Up Sessions
Ideally, we’ll meet for follow up sessions via Zoom, Facetime or telephone for 45 minutes. We will review how it’s going and make any diet/supplement/lifestyle tweaks as necessary.
These sessions will help to keep you feeling on track, clear and inspired.
You will complete your DUTCH Test (Dry Urine Test for Comprehensive Hormones) so that we can analyze your personal data and review where your stress hormones are at (along with symptomology) and also see important markers such as your sex hormone balance, detoxification of your hormones and much more!
Email Support Throughout Your Program
I am here to answer questions and provide support throughout our time together. I will provide 15 min each week for answering your personal emails and questions so that you feel clear and confident!
Access to High Quality Supplementation
When you work with me you will receive access to the highest quality professional supplementation at a discounted rate.
I only recommend the fundamentals to my clients when needed and I like to make it as convenient as possible for you to access high quality supplements at a discounted rate. *NOTE: Cost of supplements are not included in your program.
Meal plans, recipes and bonus material
You will receive a recipe bundle with over 100+ recipes so that healthy eating is easy and tasty.

Do you offer online or in person coaching?
Meeting online allows my clients to meet from the comfort of their own home which is especially helpful if we’re not in the same town or country. Not from Canada? No worries, we can chat via Skype from anywhere!
Note: I do offer IN PERSON workshops locally though so if you’d like to meet in person be sure to attend a local workshop!
Do you offer payment options for the Wild Energy Deep Dive?
Yes. My programs have payment options available. We can do one full payment or three monthly payments. To learn more, book a discovery call to see if we’re the right fit for each other.
How much does your program cost?
My program is a financial investment. If you’re serious about changing your health and having a transformation, it takes time and investment. My Wild Energy Deep Dive is thorough and we work closely together. It also involves a lot of my time and research outside of our sessions together. I only want to work with women who are serious and committed to making changes and are willing to invest in themselves because they are ready. If you would like to learn more definitely book a discovery call and we can chat!
How often will we meet? What if I fall behind in our coaching?
Wild Energy Program (light) is 8 weeks long and includes 2 sessions with myself along with monthly group coaching calls. The Wild Energy Deep Dive Program is 3-4 months in length and includes 6 one on one sessions (plus monthly group coaching calls) and we try to meet twice per month for a total of 3-4 months. No worries if we fall a bit behind our timeline. I am here to work with you and guide you along your health journey and I know that life happens. You have 6 months to finish up your program and my clients usually finish in 3-4 months. 🙂
